A must have guide! The guide breaks down how to do every movement with videos. Videos helps assure you are doing the movements correctly. Just learning the movements is a work out in itself! couldn't've ask for a better guide!
A very good guide with excellent instructions. Only thing missing is an 'advanced' follow-up guide with more kb moves to be included into the pool(there's plenty of excercises in various S4S articles). Would be nice to have all of them compiled sensibly into a single file. This is a single kb guide so the second guide could go through how to include double kb excercises into the workout plan. That being said, the single kb guide is more than enough for most people.
I was skeptical of the pdf format but I actually like it quite a bit. It's super easy to pull it up and find what you need if you have a question about a workout or exercise. The only thing that would make it better is some sort of printout to keep track of workouts and progress, but overall a wonderful package.
I love it overall, I do wish it was more mobile friendly and maybe for it to specify what muscle groups each exercise targets, but for 30$ you cant heat it!
Fantastic easy to follow reference. I love the way it is broken down into exercise groups. 👍
