I can't do "X" exercise, can I still run this program?
Yes, absolutely we added at least 2 substitutions for each exercise in the program. If you can't complete the recommended exercise then you'll be able to choose the next best option in the dropdown located in your spreadsheet.
How long will the workouts take?
Both the 3 day and 4 day options of SFS Foundations have workouts that will take roughly 45-55 minutes to complete. Not including warmup and cool down time.
What's the difference between the 3 and 4 day option?
The major difference is that the 3 day program has two alternating workouts whereas the 4 day option has four different workouts. Overall, you will get more exercise variety with the 4 day option. However, similar results can be achieved with either program.
