What is your return policy?
We do not accept returns or exchanges on fitness products unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please email our Customer Service team at email@example.com with the following information:
Please allow 48 hours for a Customer Service team member to contact you. We will contact you during our business hours, Monday-Friday between 9AM and 6PM PST.
Some exceptions can be made so if you have any questions about a product that you've purchased, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Our number one priority is complete customer satisfaction so we will do our best to remedy any situation.
For defective items, we will offer you a 'no-return refund', so an item will not need to be returned to receive a refund or store credit.
Refunds and exchanges are not accepted for products that become damaged from:
