What You Will Need:

If you have access to a gym, then it should have everything you need for this program. However, we designed this program to be run with the minimal equipment needed for strength training. Because of our exercise substitutions, if you don’t have something or can’t do something, you’ll still be able to run the program. 

However, just to be clear, you will need a barbell with an appropriate amount of plates and dumbbells at a minimum. Without these essentials, there really is no point in running a bonafide strength program like this.
