What's Needed

You WILL need a barbell with an appropriate amount of weight plates and dumbbells at an absolute minimum. A cable machine with various attachments will also be ideal, but these exercises can be replicated with dumbbells or bands.

I can't do "X" exercise, can I still run this program?
Yes, absolutely we added at substitutions for most exercises in the program except for the major lifts. If you can’t complete the recommended exercise then you'll be able to choose the next best option in the dropdown found in your spreadsheet.
How long will the workouts take?
The workouts in the SFS Powerbuilding will take roughly 60 minutes to complete including the brief sample warmup we included. Make sure to stick to the rest times and stay focused throughout your workout in order to have the most effective and efficient sessions.
What's the difference between the 4, 5 and 6 day option?
The major difference is that you'll have more exercise variance with as the number of days increases. However, similar results can be achieved with all options. Make sure you consider your schedule and that it can accommodate the option you choose.
