FOLLOW ALONG BAND WORKOUTS THAT FEEL LIKE A LIVE CLASS
All of the workouts in our SFS FIVE Resistance Band Workout Package are coached by Scott Viala, who has been a PT for 16 years. You will follow along with Scott just like you would if he was coaching you in a live setting. If you aren’t familiar with certain exercises, don’t worry as Scott does movement prep before every workout and during the workout he does a great job of cueing each exercise so that you can perform it effectively and ultimately master it.
