Easy to follow all levels guide

This is a great guide to all, whether you are a beginner or advanced in your macebell training. I highly recommend this.

Hope you can also make training guides for kettlebells and resistance bands. I'd definitely purchase those too. Keep on making awesome content here and on your YouTube channel. You're helping a lot of people especially during this pandemic. Keep up the good work guys 👍

Excellent content and well demonstrated

After following a few of their videos on the YouTube channel, I got serious about steel mace training and purchased this guide. The content is self-explanatory and written such that you can grasp the fundamentals of mace training. Instead of providing some pre-made workouts, they have provided the insights such that you can build your own flows and workouts. The Google Drive videos are directly linked throughout the file and very easy to play along on either a Mac (I am sure Windows too) and iPhone.

Real good stuff

Very good material with loads of information on how to do things properly and progress in such a way as you won’t injure yourself. Make a kettlebell one please k thanks!

Mace training

Having no experience with a mace this training course is wonderful. It breaks everything down into easy progressions. I have rehabbing a shoulder and this book has led me along in a way that keeps me from doing any further damage. I can't wait until I can start the more advanced flows to build my fitness levels up to what they were before being injured
