Over the weekend on April 2nd, Orlando, Florida, hosted the 2022 NPC IFBB Pro League Klash Championships, which featured the Bikini division. Ashlyn Little won the event and earned herself an invitation to compete at the 2022 Olympia later in the year.
This event proved yet again that regardless of the division, athletes are coming with their best stuff trying to get that invite to the Olympia. Below we’ll cover the results of the 2022 IFBB Pro League Klash Championships Bikini division.
This year has seen numerous bodybuilding competitions that serve as a qualifier for the 2022 Olympia. These bodybuilding shows are held worldwide and include big names like the 2022 Arnold Classic and the 2022 Boston Pro.
After those two kicked off the season, we saw events happen across the globe, from the Middle East to Asia to South America to the Caribbean, then back to the US. These shows include the 2022 Kuwait Pro, 2022 Fitworld Pro & Campinas Pro, 2022 Asian Grand Prix Pro, 2022 San Diego Championships, 2022 Thailand Pro, and the recent 2022 Caribbean Grand Prix Bermuda Pro.
2022 IFBB Pro League Klash Championships Bikini Results
The event held in the sunshine state had two components an NPC contest and an IFBB Pro contest. We’re only focusing on the event that is an Olympia qualifier, IFBB Pro World Klash Pro Bikini.
Last year saw Lauren Dannenmiller take home the title, and this year it’s Ashlyn Little. Little faced some tough competition with other former Olympia competitors on stage, including Alessia Facchin and Lucia Malaveze.
Little was able to edge out the other two athletes to win the title. At last week’s Caribbean Grand Prix Bermuda Pro, she placed second, so we’re sure this win feels great!
Besides earning an invite to compete at the 2022 Olympia, Little also won $5,000. The total prize purse for the event was $12,000. Facchin came in right behind Little, then Malaveze rounded out the top three.
