The weekend of May 20-22 played host to the first three events of the 2022 CrossFit Semifinals. These three events are the Lowlands Throwdown held in Amsterdam, Netherlands; the Syndicate Crown held in Knoxville, Tennessee; and the Torian Pro in Brisbane, Australia.
These are the first 3 of the 10 total live-in-person Semifinal events set to take place every weekend from May 20-June 12, in venues around the world.

2022 CrossFit Semifinals Lowlands Throwdown, Syndicate Crown & Torian Pro Results
The top athletes from the 2022 CrossFit Quarterfinals battled it out in the first weekend round of the 2022 Semifinals schedule.
2022 CrossFit Lowlands Throwdown
This event comprised 6 workouts where both the top five men and women at the end of the event will go on to the grand finale of the season in August.
The six workouts threw a lot at the athletes that required power, strength, speed, and endurance.
WINNERS
Men
Lazar secured the top spot with his consistency in placing top 3 in four of the workouts.

2022 Syndicate Crown Results
This event showcased 6 workouts where both the top five men and women at the end of the event will go on to the finals in August.
The six workouts tested the athlete’s brute strength, endurance, and will to win.

As many expected, Medeiros dominated the pack to come in a comfortable first place when all was said and done.

2022 Torian Pro Results
This event had a total of 6 workouts where both the top three men and women will move on to the finals in Madison, Wisconsin.
The six workouts demanded just about every ounce of effort from the athletes from head to toe.

This division went neck and neck throughout the 6 workouts, but Crouch ultimately won with his consistent performance.
