EXPERIENCE
Garett has been in fitness his entire life, playing sports and lifting weights as a teenager. His love for strength training and fitness eventually led him into the professional world where Garett has been working for 12+ years now.
His career is anything but usual as it has led him to travel around the world, working with various gyms and organizations world-wide. This includes everywhere from Miami, to China and the beautiful beaches in Thailand.
During this time, he has worked with a range of clients including First time beginners, Olympic training teams, World class athletes, Special populations and anyone that wants to improve!
Eventually, he took his knowledge and experience to being educating the population through a variety of mediums such as writing, content creation and video production.
