How much is shipping?
We offer the best rates through a combination of carriers. Shipping fees are dependent on the weight of the product(s) purchased.
How long does it take to receive my order after purchasing (USA - 48 States)?
- Standard shipping (Ground): The estimated time is 3-5 business days.
We ship Standard shipping orders using ground shipping via either FedEx or UPS, depending on which carrier estimates a faster shipping time. The delivery estimate is approximated based on average order shipping time and location, but can vary depending on unforeseen delays in transit. Because of this, we can only guarantee your order will be delivered within 3-10 business days (the majority of orders are delivered within our estimated shipping time of 3-5 business days). It should be noted that carriers do not include the date of pick up as a transit day.
Order Processing: All standard shipping orders will be shipped out correctly within 1 business day. Orders received before midnight (CST), will be prepared and ready for shipment before midnight, local warehouse time, on the following business day. We make our best effort for orders to be ready for shipment before the day’s carrier pick-up arrives, but as carrier pick-up times vary, we cannot guarantee that the shipment will be ready in time for a carrier’s pickup on that first business day.

What shipping service do you use?
We ship products using the following shipping services: USPS, UPS or FedEx.
Can I use a shipping address that’s different from my billing address?
Yes, you can. Our customers often have their packages delivered to a friend, family member or to a workplace. When you’re at checkout, make sure you don’t select the “Ship to the same address” under the Billing Address section. Below you can choose an address from your address book as the Shipping Address or enter “New Address” to add a new one. Save any new addresses by clicking the “Save in address book” box.
How can I change my shipping address?
To change the shipping address, go to “Account Information” under “My Account” tab. Then click on the “Address Book” section, you can update your Shipping and Billing addresses or you can add a new one.
What if I placed my ordered then realized I made a mistake in the shipping address?
Please contact us immediately if you realize you've made an error when entering your shipping information. We will do our best to alleviate this problem by reaching out to our shipping partners to attempt to change the address before the order is shipped. If by chance the order has already been sent out of our warehouse and we're unable to change the final destination you will have to bear any additional shipping costs (~$20) to get the product to the correct address. We aren't able to give refunds in this unfortunate situation.
I received my tracking number but it’s not working. What should I do?
As soon as your order is shipped out we will send a confirmation email to you that contains a tracking number that corresponds to the correct courier. Sometimes it can take up to 48 hours to display any useful information. Give it a little while and check back, if it’s still not working please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will assist further.
We are unable to process returns of any size mace at this time.
If you made a mistake in your order and wish to return the bands the customer will bear all return shipping fees. The customer will also be charged a restocking fee of $15 that our fulfillment partner charges us. Once we receive the goods and inspect we will issue a refund of the total amount minus the restocking fee.
