How much is shipping?
We offer the best rates through a combination of carriers. Shipping fees are dependent of location of delivery and the weight of the product purchased.
Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately no, however, we plan to in the near future.
What shipping service do you use?
We ship all of our products using a combination of UPS Ground, USPS Priority or USPS First Class.
Can I use a shipping address that’s different from my billing address?
Yes, you can. Our customers often have their packages delivered to a friend, family member or to a workplace. When you’re at checkout, make sure you don’t select the “Ship to the same address” under the Billing Address section. Below you can choose an address from your address book as the Shipping Address or enter “New Address” to add a new one. Save any new addresses by clicking the “Save in address book” box.
How can I change my shipping address?
To change the shipping address, go to “Account Information” under “My Account” tab. Then click on the “Address Book” section, you can update your Shipping and Billing addresses or you can add a new one.
I received my tracking number but it’s not working. What should I do?
As soon as your order is shipped out we will send a confirmation email to you that contains a tracking number for the UPS website. Sometimes it can take up to 48 hours to display any useful information. Give it a little while and check back, if it’s still not working please contact us at email@example.com and we will assist further.
How long does it take to receive my order after purchasing?
We ship products using UPS Ground Service. Your purchase should arrive within 1-5 business days dependent on location. If you live outside of the lower 48 states, shipping time will vary depending on the option you chose when checking out.
