Take QuizOne of the bigger bodybuilding shows of the year, the 2022 Pittsburgh Pro, took place over the weekend on May 6-7th in downtown Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. This show saw several divisions compete for a spot at the 2022 Olympia. Below we cover the results of the 2022 Pittsburgh Pro including winners of the Bikini, Classic Physique, Figure, Men's Physique, Wellness, and Women's Physique.
This bodybuilding event is always a big draw considering the athletes, spectators, and guest posers. A few of the sport's biggest names, including current Olympia champs like Nick Walker, Hunter Labrada, and Brandon Curry and Chris Bumstead showed up.
Let's get into the results of the divisions:
This division keeps growing in popularity, and for a good reason, the competition is fierce, and the women looked amazing! We saw Lauralie Chapados take home the title after beating out former Olympia winner Ashley Kaltwasser. This is another big win for Chapados after winning the 2022 Arnold Classic. Kaltwasser also racked up some wins this year at the 2022 Wasatch Warrior Pro and the 2022 Golden State Pro. Needless to say, these two women will be top contenders at Olympia this year.
Alexander Westermeier won this competitive division after showing up with a massive peeled physique. His last competition was in 2020 so winning the title here is a gigantic step in the right direction for him.
This is a big win for Shanice Abrams! She was on the podium at the 2022 Wasatch Warrior Pro when she finished 3rd. So, this must feel great to secure a spot at the Olympia after putting in all the hard work.
Sadik Hadzovic made a splash by winning first place in one of the most popular divisions after taking the past few years off from competing. Hadzovic has the potential to be a real contender at the 2022 Olympia.
Sunny Andrews had a busy 2021 season after competing in seven shows and placing in the top five in all but one, the 2021 Olympia, where she finished sixth. This is a big win for Andrews, who will try to ride the momentum to the 2022 Olympia, where she has a chance of cracking the top five.
Natalia Abraham Coelho is one of the more prominent names in the division, so it's no surprise that she scooped up this win. Last year she won two big shows and then placed second at the Olympia. She has a real shot at winning it all this year!
