Set For Set's Speed Rope Resizing

If you've got a Set For Set speed rope and you want to size it to your height then we made this video for you.

Step 1: Unwrap - don't litter or give the bag to babies. Please.

Step 2: Remove twist ties - don't litter...or give to babies.

Step 3: Step right foot on the middle of the rope and bring the right handle (bottom side) to your chest height (right at the nips, or lower armpit area should be good. However, leave ROOM FOR ERROR).

Step 4: Bring the left handle over and pinch/mark the rope where it meets the bottom of the right handle (in Sam's case there was about 5 to 6 inches).

Step 5: Loosen the adjustment screw (just a turn or two to the left) with the allen wrench provided by us in the bag and move the left handle down to the height where you pinched/marked. Then retighten the adjuster. This step is super easy thanks to our new dual axis ball bearing anchor.

Step 6: Remove the end cap. Hold on to it.

Step 7: Take wire cutters and cut the excess rope (leave about 1 to 2 inches so you can put the end cap back on easily). Put end cap back on. AND...

Step 8: Jump!

Adjusting to the right size is easy, but finding the right size is a bit harder...

Top simplify this, here's a speed rope sizing chart:
4'9" - 5'3.5" = 8 foot rope (not including handles)
5'4" - 5'9" = 8'6" rope (not including handles)
5'9.5" - 6'3" = 9 foot rope (not including handles)
6'3.5 - 6'10" = 9'9" rope (not including handles)

Our speed rope comes at 10 feet so as long as you are 6'10 or shorter you will be good to go.

SET FOR SET Speed Rope.
